Introduction

Tomorrow i plan on starting my journey to lose 10 kg, at least. But really, my journey began a long time ago.. ever since i was young i’ve been over weight. I was never huge, but i was big, big enough that i felt uncomfortable in my own skin. I have tried pretty much every diet out there, some of them semi-worked  some of the didn’t work at all. But none of them were long term solutions.I’m not at a point were my health is greatly at risk but i am at a point where i hate seeing photos of myself, i feel a bit depressed about the way i look, and i generally feel unhealthy and fat. So i decided its time to make a change, not just in terms of losing weight but also in terms of generally just being more healthy and more active. Tomorrow it starts. I am not going to do some fad, celebrity, quick fix diet. I am going to eat less food and more healthy food, And i am going to exercise more.

I plan on sharing my food thoughts exercise and feeling on an almost daily basis. Im hoping this blog will “keep me honest” and will give me the motivation to stick to this diet! I want to hear what you have to say, so please don’t hesitate to comment, like, & share!
